Cartoning & Hooding Machines
Compact and multifunctional systems for case packing in American crates, integrating forming, filling, and closing operations in a single unit. When combined with the cap applicator, they also allow the creation of tray-type packages with lids.
The Pick & Place series handles rigid or flexible packages, flat or upright,
with automatic compliance checking at incoming and outgoing times.
Equipped with a high-capacity case magazine with automatic adjustments,
a 7″ touch panel, and ergonomic design, they ensure ease of use and
accessibility. Available with hot-melt, tape, or both closures, and with options such as automatic format changeover and customizable accessories.

Tray Formers
Honeycomb trays have taken on an increasingly strategic role in secondary packaging in recent years, addressing two fundamental needs: on one hand, protecting delicate products during transport, and on the other, enhancing their appeal at the point of sale thanks to their display function. A typical example is the honeycomb tray for tubes, which has become a standard in large-scale retail due to its ability to organize, protect, and make products immediately visible on the shelf.
Automatic palletizing islands
